Project Steele Staff Chain of Command:

Board of Directors: 

CEO: Community Owner, final say in all matters.

COO: Chief of all community matters under the CEO.

CIO: Assists CEO/COO to run the community.

Upper Management:  

Community Manager: Heads the community in relation to events, promotion/advertisement, and oversees general functionality of the community as a whole. Takes charge of situations in the absence of a CIO/COO/CEO.

Staff Director: Leads all staff issues below the Board of Directors and is tasked with maintaining staff documentation as well as overseeing all server management to keep the staff team at its best.

Server Staff: 

Server Manager: Head of their respective server. A Manager works closely with upper management and developers to ensure proper and peak functionality of the server they are in charge of. A Server Manager functions as the chief of the server and has final say in any of it's issues (below upper management)

Head Administrator: The rank of head Admin is the first level of server management. They are responsible for the staff of their respective server. They may accept/deny staff applications as well as promote staff up to the rank of Admin. They also may assign an Admin trainer to a staff member to train a new T-Mod.

Senior Administrator: A Senior Admin is the "supervisor" of the staff team. This rank is given the the best Admins and people within it are expected to be able to handle situations how management would. At this ranks you may handle player reports, warn/ban appeals, and deny staff applications or suggestions (for reasons such as spam or below word requirement [aka guaranteed denials]

Administrator: Admin is the middle of the "administration" ranks. Admins have the power to overrule a Moderator's decision as well as at this rank you may handle player reports, warn/ban appeals, and train new staff.

Junior Administrator: Junior Admin is the first of the "administration" ranks. Admins have the power to overrule a Moderator's decision as well as at this rank you may handle player reports and warn/ban appeals.

Senior Moderator: Senior Moderator is a rank that that is acquired by very dedicated and helpful Moderators. This rank is expected to assist and watch over the lower ranking moderators and do what they can to keep them in line.

Moderator: Moderator is the the first Official Staff Rank. This rank serves as a policing force to keep a server's peace. Moderators are expected to handle sits and continue the same duties they had as a trial moderator.

Trial-Moderator: Being a Trial Moderator means you make sure that the server is moderated by dealing with admin sits if and if needed warns and kick depending on the punishment. Once you get this rank you cannot be promoted to moderator for at least 1 week of good behavior and doing your job (Certain reasons may change this).
